What Tsugiwa is

A booking diary for people who see one person at a time. You get your own public page with your logo and your colours, the calendars you already use connected to it, and whichever way of charging you pick for each appointment type: at booking, on your OK, or by hand when it's over. What your client sees, we don't touch.

You start on the free plan, with no card and no countdown: ten bookings a month, and it stays that way. Consulta raises the volume when the diary no longer fits in there. That is where the difference between one plan and the other ends, and it is set out feature by feature below.

Pricing

Pricing without tricks

More plans on the way

No price yet

We open with Free and Consulta. There will be more, and we'll add them as they turn out to be needed.

We're not putting a name or a price here that we couldn't hold to in six months. When there's one more, it gets told on this same page.

And the free plan stays. It lasts as long as you want it to.

Compare the two plans

Both plans, without exception, will carry: unlimited appointment types, all three ways of charging, Stripe, coupons and a cancellation policy, a public page with your own card when shared, your logo and your colours, reminders and calendar control. The only thing that scales between plans is volume: bookings a month, calendars and workflows, plus the CSV export.

No commission per booking

You pay €0 or €15 a month, and that's the end of it. Some platforms keep up to 20 % of every client who reaches you through their listings: forty sessions of €50 is €400 in a month you never see. Here that sum always comes out at zero.

Cancel whenever you like

No lock-in and no fee for coming back. Bookings you've already confirmed are kept and go ahead as normal. We never cancel one. Back on the free plan, the only thing you won't be able to do is accept new bookings in a month that already has ten or more on the books.

What it comes with

Feature by feature, and what changes between plans

Between one plan and the other, only the volume changes: how many bookings, how many calendars and how many workflows. The rest is the same on both. The board runs through them one at a time.

  1. 01 The free plan

It arrives complete on day one: your brand, your colours, your payments, your reminders and your public page. Getting started takes no card. The ceiling is on volume and on nothing else.

Free €0, no card Consulta €15 a month

  2. 02 Bookings a month

A booking counts against the month it takes place in, and the ones you enter by hand count too. The first time you go over the limit, that booking still goes through and we tell you: a one-off courtesy, once per account.

    Free 10 a month Consulta 100 a month

  3. 03 Calendars

Apple, Google or both. In iCloud, all-day events almost never let you change whether you're free or busy: your holidays either block nothing or block the whole day, and you don't find out until someone complains. Here you decide, calendar by calendar.

Free 1 connected Consulta 3 connected

  4. 04 Workflows

Confirm, remind, ask: you draw it by dragging nodes. And it branches, which is what a list of reminders can't do: if they showed up you ask for feedback, and if they didn't you offer another time. Anything commercial goes separately, and only to people who opted in.

Free 1 active Consulta 3 active

  5. 05 Export to CSV

Your bookings in a file, for your accountant or for your own spreadsheet. It is the only thing on this whole list that stays in Consulta.

    Free No Consulta Yes

  6. 06 Appointment types

As many as you want, at whatever length and price you want, and by video call, in person or over the phone. You can have several bookings at once if your room allows it, each with its own person.

    Unlimited on both plans

  7. 07 Ways of charging

Three of them, and you pick one per appointment type. At booking, for the person who found you online. On your OK: the card is saved and nothing is charged until you accept. Or by hand, with no card asked for, for the in-person appointment they pay you when it's over.

    All three, on both plans

  8. 08 Your public page

At tsugiwa.net/cal/your-name, with your logo and your colours. And when you send that link in a chat, the card that appears carries your name, the service and its price. On almost every platform what shows up there is their own advertising.

    The same on both plans

  9. 09 No commission

Zero commission per booking. Not a cent per reservation and no percentage of what you invoice, whether you do forty bookings or four hundred. The 20 % a listing site keeps for sending you a client does not exist here. Stripe is connected in your name, so the money lands straight in your account.

    The same on both plans

  10. 10 Reminders

Automatic emails before and after the appointment, including for the ones you entered by hand. Plus an optional client account, so whoever books can see their history with you.

    The same on both plans

Always in progress

This moves every month

Tsugiwa is being built and we're not hiding it. Here that means something new lands every month, and that there is still time for yours to be one of them. The most recent arrival is the appointment paid by hand: the in-person one they pay you in cash or by transfer when it ends, with no card asked for.

Tell us what you'd need. Write to hola@tsugiwa.net and tell us how you handle your bookings today and what you'd like this to do for you. We read all of it, and it changes the order we build things in.

We ask you for nothing in return. There are no forms, no analytics and no cookies, and even the typefaces are served from this same domain. What is left is unavoidable: whoever hosts the site processes the technical data of the connection in order to serve it, and that is set out in the privacy policy. The legal notice says who you're dealing with.
